Since day one, Nikole and the rest of the Bella Springs staff have taken optimal care of my husband and me. They found us an amazing unit that worked in our budget. I love that the community has multiple, easily accessible doggy waste bins and provides poop bags. The view of the sunrise/sunset over the mountains from the community is beautiful and it’s close by to many hiking trails and great food options. The mantiencance staff is exceptional and always stops to give my dog Meatball some lovins when we’re out on a walk. Everyone in the office is professional, organized, and available to help. It’s a double bonus that they have free coffee in the leasing office!

I do not recommend renting an apartment here. The management only shows model apartments in pristine condition, not the actual unit that you’re renting. So when your move in date arrives and you finally get to see your apartment, you find your apartment has a leaking kitchen faucet and the bathroom faucet doesn’t work at all. The door into the apartment as well as the door to the patio were more than a security issue not to mention the mold in the bathrooms, outlets hanging out of the wall and many cosmetic issues. These should not be advertised as luxury apartments and I feel that promising that your unit will look just like the pristine one they show you and collecting $150 admin fee and $120 for 2 background checks is a scam. The management at least voided the lease but kept the $270. Buying furniture etc. changing your address and planning a move costs the perspective renter money and time, voiding the lease was the minimal that Bella Springs could do. Do not rent any apartment that does not let you see the exact unit that you will be renting as it most likely it is a scam!

We just wanted to express to Bella Springs our appreciation for providing us with such a wonderful place to live while we were building our new home. We were not sure how it was all going to unfold coming from a home into an apartment. We were pleasantly surprised!

Hi! I just wanted to post a quick note to say how nice it is to drive into the property especially after a long day at work. Everything is kept so well. Just wanted to say thank you to management for keeping it so well kept.

I would have to say Bella Springs is a nice, quiet place to live. Really nice staff and they seem to want to take care of any concerns. I like it here and will be renewing my lease with them.

Agree on everything previous poster wrote. They also have shared utilities, so we had to pay for Xmas lights til March 1. Lots of drunks at the pool openly drinking w glass. Drivers race through there. The amount of feces is insurmountable. In a year we never had our tile fixed, windows fixed which were coming out, a heater that constantly stalled out. Breaking a lease is 3 months rent plus concessions. Rent a house in the neighborhood for less dollars, noise, dog poop and trash.

The apartments are quiet, but the road maintenance is lacking. Also, there is not enough open parking. Plenty of covered parking if you want to pay the extra fee every month. If you get home late, there will not be any parking spaces left. They state "door-to door" trash pickup. What this really means is that you take your trash out and pile it up with all the other trash by the curb. On windy days, the trash is blown all over. Can get pretty rank in the summer, since a lot of people take their trash out the night before pickup and leave it for the dogs to rummage through. Pool is not heated, so it stays cold during the summer. People are rude and do not pick up their dog feces, so whatch were you step. This place has the potential to be good, but like most other apartment complexes, needs maintenance and TLC.
