Stopped in the bike shop the first time last weekend and will never go back. Absolutely no customer service. Plenty of employees but none said a word the whole time I was looking around.

I bought a bike there when they first because I couldn't find it in Pueblo. I have been driving up to the Springs ever since to all my bike business. I think they are the best bike shop I've ever used.

Always helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond for you. Only bike shop in town i go to these days.

Owner Jon Straub and his staff provide us the best service! Every time we stop in, we feel like we're the only ones in the shop, even though it's always packed! Jon's extensive knowledge and experience assure us we will get everything we can out of our investment. There just is no length they will not go to help us. If you get a chance to visit The Bicycle Experience just south of where I-25 passes over Tejon Street, Jon's work ethic and integrity will quickly convert you to a Bicycle Experience fan!!!
