They are often out of the medication needed and their automated ordering system does not work well. Even after getting the same med for several months they do not have it in stock and we have to make 2 or 3 trips to get it. This has happened several times and they can't seem to fix the problem. It does not seem to be this store but rather the ordering system Walgreens has. They said if we called in the refill 7 days ahead the med should be there but we can't do that because of the insurance rules. Very frustrating and time consuming.
