Boxer property management in Colorado Springs is poor to say the least. We continually have major maintenance issues that go unmet for long period of times. Additionally, there are long delays for any response from the manager and often times we get lip service from him and no action. Boxer used common conference room space as an incentive to move in, however have taken these away and have no plans to replace them; this impeded our ability to run our business and we would never have chosen this location had they been up front. While this is not "in the lease" it is bad business to use something like this as enticement and then pull it away. Stay far away if you don't want issues.

As a tenant at Boxer Property I would like to Thank Corey and his team for always being professional and maintaining the building with the highest of standards. I get a lot of compliments on how well the building is maintained from my clients. I am a proud tenant and I love coming to work here knowing that if I needed anything that Corey and his team is always available to support us all.
