Always had time to talk with me even when I walked in with no appointment, has called back and answered any questions I have had, if he didn't know an answer to something he would find out and let me know promptly. Ive been using him for years and have never had an issue.

Would give 0 starts if it was an option. This agency lacks professionalism and knowledge. A very risky and dangerous combination of you chose to work with him. He does not care about his clients, only the almighty dollar. The only time you will hear from them is when they are trying to upsell you. Don't ever question what he tells you or you will be met with personal insults and threats. He told me I was "too old" to understand. Ha! I think I'm old enough to know how to treat a client and his way, it is true, is NOT the old way of doing things. Perhaps that is what he meant?

Left 6 messages over the course of several weeks. Never received one call back! I even inquired about giving them more business when I asked about acquiring life insurance. Of course I got a call back from him only after I contacted another State Farm agent to take over my policies. That's insulting. Too late!!

They should spend some time servicing clients and not just trying to retain them.
