bad experience - pet owners take heed

I boarded my two dogs there a couple of years ago and flew cross-country to see my family on the east coast. I could never see my dogs on the business's webcam as they said I would be able to do, even though I looked on 3 different computers. When I was only partially finished with the visit with my family, the kennel called me and told me that my dogs were sick and that I needed to come and pick them up so they wouldnt contaminate the other dogs. I was nearly 3000 miles away when they called. I had vaccinated my dogs for kennel cough before I boarded them but they said that my dogs had gotten a new strain of kennel cough FROM THEIR KENNEL!!!! At the very least I could hardly enjoy the rest of the visit with my family due to worrying about their welfare and it would cost me over $1000 to reschedule my plane trip so I could not come home early and get them. When I got home I had a LARGE vet bill from taking them to be treated for the affliction they contracted while AT CAMP BOW-WOW!!!!
