Once again our to-go order was incorrect. We ordered 2 #18's and asked that they be supersized and even said large fries and large drinks. It took almost 30 minutes to get our order with only two cars in front of us. Because the orders come in a box that is not easily opened in the car we didn't realize until we got home that we got 2 regular #18's but were charged for the super size. The woman who filled the order works there 6 days a week so I'm sure she knew the difference between a regular #18 and a super size #18. No matter what you order, no matter how it's packed, check your order at this place before you leave the line! We have made online complaints on the site asking for refunds to previous over charging and they were ignored. So apparently this is how they pad their bottom line!
