This has been the worse experience ever. I moved in 5 weeks ago and they are still not done fixing the damage on my floor, mind you they took my $10,000.00 quickly enough. The guy who put the trim down did an awful job and it is falling off the walls. He damaged my kitchen wall he damaged my refrigerator and told me I can go out a buy a new one. I told Joanna not to send him back and he was at my door today and I would not let him in. The manager said well it's her problem than. They overcharged me $170. which I got back because I had to investigate. This is totally unacceptable behavior on their part. They think because I am a senior they can give me the run around. Joanna is not helpful to work with and I trust no one else in this company. My only choice is to get legal help. I had to give at least one star but believe me it is not worth even that. Everyone who sees the photo's or comes to my apartment are stunned with how badly the workmanship is. They told me 4 men were working on this project but the people on my floor said that is an outright lie. 4 men were not here and yet they want more and more money to get this done.
