My wife and I were looking to carpet one room in our house as part of a redecoration. I spoke to Danielle on the phone (who is sharp as a carpet tack, by the way) and she immediately gave me a price from my measurements. It was less than we were expecting (for the really good SmartStrand carpet) so we decided to go ahead and do two rooms.The carpet is great and the installers did an excellent job; the carpet was ready to install in just a few days after we decided on it, and have been very happy with it for the past 8 months.I highly recommend this business.

We have done business with Donna at Carpet World since 2005. Donna had been more than helpful when you have to decide on tile and carpet. Quality means a lot and so does cost if you are on a budget and Carpet World delivers both. We have had tile installed in our two bathrooms, plus tile in our laundry room and love it. We just had carpet installed in our family room this year and cannot be happier with it. Donna comes to your home so you can really see what colors will look like or you can visit their great showroom. The installers she uses she personally knows and that makes a difference in today's business to have competent workers. It always is a pleasure working with Donna and we will continue to do so. I know we have other rooms that will be needing the wonderful services of Carpet World.

I only had a week in town to get a rental house cleaned up to put on the market for sale. When I explained my situation, Danielle came right over, took measurements and gave me her ideas on the job. In just a couple hours she called me back with an estimate and told me she could have installers at the house the next morning. I didn't bother calling any other carpet businesses--Danielle's positive attitude and professionalism made the sale. I'll use Carpet World for any future jobs.

I WAS DREADING THE THOUGHT OF CARPETING MY WHOLE HOUSE. THERE WERE SO MANY BRANDS, QUALITY LEVEL CHOICES - NYLON, NATURAL FIBER, BURBER, STAIN RESISTANT AND DURABILITY WARRENTIES. THUS I NEEDED - A TOTAL CARPET THAT WOULD ENCOMPASS MY NEEDS - DURABILITY, STAIN RESISTANT, COLOR COMPLIMENTARY TO MY HOME AND AFFORDABLE:) DONNA HELPED ME WITH WITH ALL THE ABOVE. I HAVE TWO GOLDEN RETREIVERS AND WAS INTERESTED IN DURABILITY, STAIN RESISTANT WARRANTIES AND COST. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, INCLUDING OPTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS. DONNA WAS SO GREAT TO WORK WITH, I CONTACTED HER FOR FLOORING FOR A NEW ROOM ADDITION. SHE WAS VERY PATIENT AS I HAD A DIFFCULT TIME DECIDING BETWEEN WOOD/LAMANENT FLOORING. FINALLY PICKED ONE, AFTER MY 5TH FINAL DECISION:) PAT

I've always used Donna Hurd at Carpet World to do my flooring projects: wood, carpet, and vinyl. She is knowledgable and aims to please. All of her sub-contractors have been trustworthy. Thanks Donna for always meeting my expectations.

We’ve been blessed to have Donna at Carpet World provide carpet, flooring and installation for most of the rooms in our house since the 1990s. The carpet has been durable and easy to maintain; the other flooring is simply magnificent! The installers were efficient, and left no mess behind. When we need new carpet or flooring, we’ll definitely be going back to Carpet World!

On a recent visit to my mother's home I noticed she change her flooring. The fact that I noticed made her very happy and she proceeded to tell me about the excellent service she received from Donna and Danielle at Carpet World. The quality of workmanship and installation was very impressive. In fact I am so impressed with what the did for my mother I am going to have them do worl at my houose as well. I checked out this store one day when i was hesitantly shopping for some new flooring. I was not looking forward to making this purchase and I didn't really know what surface to choose but these ladies helped me figure out exactly what my options were based on my family and our budget. They have a really nice showroom and I didn't feel pressured at all. I found out its a mother and daughter who run the whole show and they know their stuff! I also really liked that they hire the same installers over and over and actually know the people they sent to my house. We were able to finance the project with no interest which was nice because I could get the hardwood i wanted and turn the basement into a family room. I would recommend this business to anyone. It was especially nice to support a local family style business- it made all the difference. And by the end, I realized I actually enjoyed myself
