I've been a patient since 2013 and I have never had any negative experiance like those listed on YP. I give Dr. Laub and his staff my A number 1 rating for satisfaction. My pain is managed and I am not relying on drugs that cloud my life.

One of the best doctors I have ever been to. I have been going to Dr. Laub now for 3 years. I have a difficult condition to manage with a complicated pain profile. He has never given up on pursuing a pain management plan for me. He has thought outside of the box, looked for solution, and has made this painful journey a collaborative effort. He wants my input, and he listens. He is compassionate, having experienced several knee surgeries himself (and post surgery infections), as well as disc issues in his own neck. He gets what pain is. There have been many, many time that Dr. Laub has expressed empathy and caring about the pain I am in, letting me know how much he wishes he could completely eliminate my pain for me. He goes above and beyond, and I feel like a real person that matters to him, not just a patient. Now, just a word about the negative reviews many people are giving this office. If you are up to shenanigans and are come in looking for drugs, you are a disrespectful and demanding person, or you just think everyone else is the problem so your ready to blame them for all of your issues....Dr. Laub won't put up with. He's very outspoken in that regard, he's been in this business for a long time, and has seen it all, and he's not going to budge on bad behavior. Do the right thing, be courteous yourself, show up on time, treat his time with respect, having your questions ready and he will respond in kind. By the way, I have had issues getting to a few appoints on time myself, and on both occasions, I was allowed to wait or be worked in later in the day. I called them while in traffic on the way to give them the earliest information on my ETA., and make sure they could still see me. I did not just turn up late, and push the point. And I was respectful to the office staff, they returned the favor.

Awful doctor and doctors office.

Dr. Laubs & Interventional Pain Management is truly the worst. All of the staff there are so rude and unfriendly. You wait a long time to get seen. When they do take you back other staff interupt by coming in the room. They hurry you through the appointment. You don't get your questions answered. They flat out treat you badly. But they sure do charge a lot. The staff are always changing cause no one wants to stay working for them. You don't see Dr. Laub after they first get you as a patient. You have to see the physicians assistants who are always changing too. Because they're always changing they don't know what's going on or your treatment history. Dr. Laub is terribly rude. He has no compassion or sympathy for his patients. He actually yells at you if you ask too many questions. I'm shocked he has his medical license. And am not sure why he wanted to be a doctor since he doesn't care about his patients. This is a terrible doctors office that only cares about making money and not helping people that are suffering. They will refuse to see you if you are late even if it's only a few minutes late and it was due to extreme circumstances. Yet they make you wait for long periods of time to see them. They treated me as if I was a drug addict which I am not! I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor. I can not express how bad my experiences with the were. They have so compassion for the people they treat. If you speak up about things they drop you and kick you out. I have now discovered by reading many other reviews of them that I'm not the only person that went through all that I did with them. This is not a good doctor. They have had other comaints filed against them. Rightfully so too! Don't go to this doctor.

Unsympathetic & Terrible front office staff

I had a procedure and the IV site became infected. They said they it would be tight, but they could fit me in 2 hours later. I told the girl if it's a problem I could go to Urgent Care. She said, no come on in. Well my husband got in an accident just before this phone call and luckily the car worked, he just had to put the donut on. Well we tried our best to get there on time, but we didn't realize just how bad the traffic was going to be, with very icy roads, driving on a donut. I ended up being 12 minutes late. The girl at the front desk told me the doctor just took his last patient and since I was late, he would not see me. I explained about the accident, driving on the icy roads on a donut, and the traffic being slower than usual because of the roads and she said oh well, you'll have to go to the ER. I explained to her that I told the girl on the phone that if it was so much of a tight squeeze to get me in, I had no problem going to Urgent care. She just shrugged her shoulders. Things happen that are out of our control sometimes and would it hurt to be kind, considerate, and sympathetic? I missed work to get there as soon as I could. Their nurse caused this infection in my vein when she gave me the IV. I suffered enough, they could have been courteous and saw me. Especially, the day before Christmas eve when getting into a doctor was near impossible and the infection getting worse as each moment passed.

This place is horrible! They have over charged me for procedures. I paid $230.00 and my insurance paid everything but $195.00 and they never refunded me that over payment! They also don't care if you are in pain they wont do anything for you.
