Provided by YP.comThis office lacks professionalism. You have to wait and wait and wait some more. To complete an appointment there it usually takes more than 2 hours and that's is not because you are speaking to a doctor it's because you are waiting to be seen. I went in for birth control and it took more than an hour and a half for the doctor to come into the room. Very disappointing

Provided by YP.comOffice staff is rude and very unprofessional. Women seek Women based associates because some of us don't feel comfortable speaking about our personal health issues by a non-medical staff member. I'm sure the MDs are great, but can't get past the rude office clerks.

I absolutely love this facility. I see Dr. Genrich and couldn't be any more Blessed to have him as my dr. He has been here for me thru my whole pregnancy. I miscarried before having this pregnancy and he made the time to call and check up on me and be there for me. He has seen me at my worst and he will be delivering our baby hopefully within these next few days. I reccomed him highly. I do hair as mY profession and know many clients that see other doctors in this facility as well that love them just as much. So yes highly recommend !

First of all- I have loved both of my doctors. However, I began with Dr. Stark and was changed to Dr. O'Connell without any warning or reason. Ok. Fine. I still had a great doctor. Then they moved over to the Woodmen location and completely changed their system. There is ZERO response when you call. Ever. You can leave message after message and expect never to be answered. You can never get through to an actual human. My first experience with this was last year after my doctor implanted my first ever IUD. I began experiencing horrible reactions (I won't go into detail, but it was the worst experience of my life!) and couldn't get in touch with anyone to answer my questions or get me in for an appointment. At one point it was so bad, I talked to the triage nurse "after hours" in a different state and she gave me a temporary suggestion for relief and put me on the "call immediately tomorrow" list for the staff. Did I get a call? Nope. I had to march my miserable behind into the office and cause a scene to have any reaction from them at all. The doctor apologized profusely and said there was no excuse, but that the system was brand new and they were all learning. This year, I never received my reminder for my annual appointment. I suppose this is partially on me, but this is not something I automatically think of until I get my card in the mail. I realized that there was an issue in the middle of a relocation for my job to another state when my birth control pills were out of refills. I sent the request to the pharmacy to fax the reorder in as instructed by the automated message on their line because of course I couldn't actually speak to someone. This was July 1. No response July 2 or 3rd and I was moving out of town on the 3rd. I had to come back for business on the 8th and 9th and found that the office had still never responded. So I called and left a message for the triage nurse at 0700 in the morning to please call me immediately. By 3pm, I still had not heard from anyone so I once again had to head in to the office. The nurse actually told me "I got your message, but you are past your appointment date, so you'll have to come back." to which I explained my situation and that I had to leave town again that afternoon. I also asked why she couldn't bother to return my call if she had received my message. She actually rolled her eyes at me! The doctors here are great but the staff and system are absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this office with their policies and lack of patient contact to anyone.

I see Dr. Weary, who is WONDERFUL, but I've had great experiences with all of the other doctors that I have seen from the same office. I've met just about all of them.
