Renters Beware

If I were to redo the past year of my life, the only thing I would have changed is where I lived. Grand River Canyon probably isn't the worst place I have ever lived (it ranks just above my first apartment that came with everything...including an infestation of fleas). There are few positive and many negatives things about this apartment complex.



First, I will list the positive.

The complex is located close to shopping centers, grocery stores, etc.

They offer free coffee and tea in the office.

The pool area is nice with community grills and an eating area.





Now for the negatives.
