Cottage care cleans my house the way I would do it. I would not use any other service. The cleaners are always prompt and do an excellent job. It is one less thing I have to worry about. They have my highest recommendation.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! A couple of weeks ago, I had a cleaning scheduled through Chantall at Cottage Care (CoSprings).

I made it very clear in the call that I needed the basement bedroom cleaned for my special needs son. The ONE person (ALWAYS only a one person "team" although you attempt to charge similar prices to Merry Maids or Home Cleaning Centers with 3-4 person teams!) came and had an odd cleaning on her list that didn't even include two bathrooms or the basement. Why would I "order" such a cleaning?! She refused to clean at the agreed price.

$130 is what I had paid CC atleast THREE times before. It was always mediocre cleaning, but it was decent at that price. I said to the young gal that this couldn't be correct, and I'd always paid the same amount. We even tried to call Chantall and she wasn't helpful at all. With Cottage Care; you lose the team, your time & fatigue = shoddy work. They simply and easily chose to end an ongoing customer relationship that day!

Today they had the audacity to actually call me AGAIN, they are like a "tele-marking" akin callers, & offer some measley $25 off special. FORGET IT.
