I dropped our phone off for repair, the staff was a little standoffish and hurried. When my wife picked up the phone she said they weren't very friendly and somewhat condescending. Sometimes it more than about their demeanor than it is about their quality of work. They've definitely lost our business.

It is to bad that a repair tech cannot have an opinion about the repairable condition of a phone. After this customer tried to repair the phone but could not get it to work he was upset that we did not want to work with his phone. We hope to help out every customer that comes into our store, sometimes it means telling him something he does not want to hear. If you want some good usefull information come in and see us. Today I brought my Iphone 3gs to this shop to get it fixed. I called ahead and talked to their technician that basically wanted to talk down to me on the phone. The technician basically did not want to handle a simple repair but wanted to tell me how wonderful he was and that he does 3 of these a day. I had replaced the glass myself and it was working fine but he insisted that he would have to replace this as well as the lcd and switch that were broken. The glass was in excess of 100 dollars for just the part. These can be purchased all day long for about 20 dollars on the internet. I bought the glass screen mic buttons and frame over the internet for less then they wanted for just the glass.If you want to be talked down to pay too much and have a very young man look down his nose at you this is the place to stop. I will go elsewher myself. Rude, cocky and unprofessional.At these prices find someplace else or go right to apple.

I left my phone charger in a hotel last week. I couldn't believe they had one in stock! My cellphone company outlet didn't even have one. Awesome.

I just purchased a very nice used Samsung phone from CPR and it was such a pleasant experience. I had dreaded looking for a different phone because my past experiences with the "main" cell providers have been so unpleasant (arrogance and impatience being the prevalent traits I have encountered). At CPR, patience and good information was provided, and I got just what I wanted. And at an excellent price! I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a reasonably priced phone. (And my Samsung does everything but cook for me--I can't believe all the features it has.) Thanks, Bob.
