Critter Clips

I took my puppy here i told them to cut her down. She was uneven. I payed 40. They didn't give her a bath. They could of at least brushed her. Never going there again

We used critter clips in the past. We have two dogs. Both are up there in age and when we would pick them up and bring them home, they would each drink a bowl of water. This gives me the feeling that neither of them were given water throughout the time they were there. Sometimes this could be 5-7 hours. This is not good. One has a bad hip and everytime after getting groomed, she could not walk and she would yelp and bite at the slightest touch. This would last for several days. Our other dog is a bit worty due to age and he would come home bleeding and also very sore and limping.



Yes the staff is nice, but not nice enough to my babies.
