I noticed a posting about last year at this time - I would say they haven't improved on their customer service. Today was one of the WORST customer service experiences I've had at a restaurant. The Cashier was VERY GROUCHY, UNFRIENDLY, and NOT HELPFUL at all. She also didn't know how to run the register. She didn't know how to add or multiply. My order was $12.00 plus tax and first the total was $25, then $20, then $18.90. I told her that was incorrect. She argued with me stating that she did ring it up right and that was the correct total. I told her I ordered two $6.00 meals, which is $12.00 plus tax. She said it was tax then. I said there is not $6.00 tax on a $12.00 order. I asked her to get someone else to come help. She snottily replied that she DID do this right, but went and got someone ( a manager?). the manager? made a change on the cash register and then it was $14 total. I told her that was still not correct. There is not $2 tax on $12.00. She just looked at me with a blank stare. I said forget it and left. No customer service. No offer to fix it. Nothing. I called it in to the main DQ office. I will NOT be going there again. I went somewhere else to eat.

This location has the WORST customer service Ive ever seen! Ive had issues EVERY time Ive came here and will NEVER go again! One of the issues was, when my co-worker and I received our blizzards we found large pieces of plastic in them, when returning to the store we did not get an apology, new free blizzards NOTHING! I DO NOT recommend this location! Tina!!
