NEVER order an ice cream cake from this location! When I arrived to pick up my cake, they had yet to put the writing I requested on it because they didn't have the color of frosting I wanted (orange). The girl then told me that the best color on the cake would be white. So I, putting my trust in her, said okay to white. She confirmed with me that I wanted the "Happy Birthday" part in cursive, with age and name in bubble letters. 15 minutes later it came out, tiny words run together, barely visible white on white frosting, with the name... Hyphenated! No cursive, no bubble letters, not even readable. I told her if it was too long, she should have let me know and I could have tried to shorten it. It was honestly unacceptable. I should have put up a fight regarding paying for it, but I was just too tired to deal with anything and the birthday was the next day. So I reluctantly took it.
