Provided by YP.comDespite the bad reviews I saw on Dale'z Kardz & Komicz I have given it a few tries since it is the closest card shop to my home. First off, this shop is not for sports collectors! Over 50% of the store is dedicated to card games (ex: Pokemon) and there is always people playing these card games in the middle of the store which is awkward for people like me just looking for a pack of basketball cards.
All of the employees I have encountered in my 3 visits were rude, snotty and seemed to care very little whether you got what you were looking for. On my last visit I kept noticing this employee following me around and staring at me as I spent about 30 minutes looking through various sports cards, packs and boxes. When I went up to the counter I picked up a couple packs of basketball cards and turned them over to read the special cards which you may find in the packs and two employees came up to me and said, "we don't allow pack searching here" to which I replied that I was not pack searching I was simply reading the back of the packs. The dude who was following me basically called me a lair and said he was watching me pack search for the last 30 minutes when all I was doing was reading the back of a few packs and trying to find a specific year (2003-04) of basketball cards. I told them they were full of it and that they lost a customer and left, but I still can't believe how little customer service they show and how little they care about repeat business or customer satisfaction. Even if I had been "pack searching" there would have been a way for them to politely ask and/or remind me it is not allowed.
So unless you want to be eye-balled, followed around and harassed by a group of greasy, fat, 50 year-old virgins with a chip on their shoulder and some of the worst customer service you will ever experience, then drive the extra 10 minutes and visit a hobby shop a little further away.
P.S. This store is also extremely overpriced.

Provided by YPmobileI go here weekly with good reason. I have to say I love the selection they have; they have almost every magic card there is, tons of sealed products both old and new, and they have a wide variety of accessories. I enjoy looking through the large sleeve, box, and card selection. They have booster boxes, fat backs, duel decks, intro packs, decks, and booster packs. They have a massive selection in all. The problem with the story is the issues I have beat out the good, for the most part. Prices. The biggest problem I have is the insane prices. Some of their products cost almost 30% more than online or anywhere else. A box may sell online for $100 where here it is $135. Shipping costs at the only reason I don't purchase online. Th other problem is the attitude. I can say all but one of the people who work there are rude, in energetic, and disrespectful.
I have to support this shop due to its fantastic selection. But don't be surprised if you get eyes rolled at you as your wallet quickly empties.
Keep in mind I am only there for magic, I do not speak on behalf of yu-gi-oh, Pokemon, or sportscards.
