I would highly recommend anyone needing criminal defense to use Mr. Kay. He is very knowledgeable and assuring. Great guy.

I thought my son had backed himself into a corner in which there was no positve outcome, Dan K took the case and information. With professionalism and expertise, he worked the case and won my son unbelievable results that were not even an option. If there is ever an instence in which someone needs legal guidance, Dan K will always remain at the top of my list.

I turn to Dan anytime I need help. Ive been going to him for at least 6 years, whether it's been for traffic cases to criminal cases. He has always been honest and forthcoming on how he may approach the cases. Never gives false promises. Every time I have worked with him I've been completely satisfied with his work and plan to continue​ to call on him when I'm in need.
