Ashley in Reception was rude and unprofessional. I asked for me records and was told I could not have them.. My next call is to the State Board of Profession Regulation. These are my records and I will have them. TIRED of snotty front desl personnel who are not accountable. I tried to contact the health professional I was trying to see, but could not get past Ashley.. DONE with Storms Allergy Clinic..
