Dress Barn on Powers has become my new favorite place to shop for my clothes! They are always helpful and friendly. I had ordered an item on line that turned out to be too big and they happily took it back and ordered the smaller size for me. I always have my orders delivered to the store so I can go in and get advice on putting together an outfit.

Terrible customer service when trying to process a return from an online purchase! The manager gave me multiple other options on how to return the items, letting me know how much work it was for them to do it in the store, even though the store was empty and the policies are that you can return the items in the store, He then got upset when I mentioned that they were not treating me well, and refused to make the return at all, even though I had the proper receipts and tags on the items being returned.
