Provided by YP.comI see I am not the only one to find the staff was unfriendly and to have trouble with insurance billing. I was the only one there when I went and I still waited over an hour ( I know because I waited in a "private" room with the door open for that entire time) Although I did get to learn a great deal about the staff that was there from thier idle chit-chat in the main foyer outside my door while I waited. The only one that was pleasant was the young man that was the physician. Then came the insurance, I didn't get anything from the clinic, but I sure did from a collection agency. When I called about it I was referred to the agency for billing questions without even hearing about my insurance. The entire time I felt as if I was a burden rather than an asset. I can assure you if I am hit by a car in the street in front of this place and survive, I will crawl to another place.

Provided by YPmobileI went there for a double ear infection with a burst ear drum. I was clearly in pain and did not see anyone for a half an hour then waited twenty minute to even see a doctor. I was in so much pain that a grown man would cry. They gave me some antibiotics and ibuprofen and sent me on my way. The day after that I called in major pain and they did not call me back for 4 hour. I ended up going to a different doctor whom could not believe I made it that long. I will never go there again and I feel like I wasted 197 dollars and time when I could have really been taken care of by real professionals.

Provided by YP.comI had a terrible expirance when I went to this place. The receptionist was very rude and unkind to me. The doctor kept trying to order tests I clearly did not need. It took over an hour for someone to show up and xray my hand. My advice is to avoid this place at costs.
