Just took my tv in to sell it. I live about 30 miles away from the store. The back on my remote for my tv was missing so like a responsible consumer I called ahead to see if this would be okay. I was told by the guy on the phone 'no problem.' So I make the trip only to be told that employee was sadly mistaken. I explained I drove 30 miles to get there and asked if there was anyway to honor the deal and he told me no. They are sleazy. Offering bottom prices and lying to their customers do not sell anything to these people. Better service at a pawn shop.

I used to spend a lot of money in this place. Lots of hard to find movies, etc. However, after today I will never give them another cent. Be REAL careful to test out any phones or hardware you buy from these guys before you seal the deal, because they will NOT refund a purchase, even though the return policy clearly states that the manager may offer one. After waiting in line for twenty minutes while the the clerks behind the electronics counter played with gadgets, we spoke to first a clerk (at length) and then a manager (at length). Long story short, we were informed that we were basically screwed, and the best they could do was buy the device back from us at less than half the purchase price. Having worked in customer service myself for well over a decade, and being a retail manager, I am beyond disgusted by Entertainmart's horrific service and practices.

They can't give the price they will pay for you to sell them a game when you call and ask. How dumb is that
