Technician came to the house on time and was very professional. The furnace I have wouldn�t stay lit. The technician said I needed a new Thermal coupler. After having another company come out and tell me the same thing I was sure that this was the problem, but what I didn�t know was how good his quote was. The difference was $50 dollars savings to me verses the other company. I would recommend this company for all future business. Very honest and professional. Thanks Greg

Great company with great service

From the very firtst moment of introduction, Ken was amazing. He was right on time with his estimate, unlike the others. He was very professional entering the home with foot protectors on his shoes. He was extremely polite while in the home and gave a very thorough look to all rooms to maximize our airflow. Once getting the job, he was out the very next week to accommodate my schedule and had it installed in no time. All of his work was done correctly and efficiently, not to mention how clean he was in and out of our home. I would recommend Family Heating and Cooling to everyone. We are a very satisfied customer. I had Ken put in a furnace in our home in January. He did a great job explaining all the options and the pros and cons of each furnace. Price was good, service was great, and he was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.

Ken is owner/opperator, non-smoker and did a great job. Cleaned up when he was done, even printed out rebate forms and registered my equipment with the manufacturer so I didn't have to. Above and beyond my expectations. He also took the time to explain what was wrong, and what my options were.
