Charged for something without my approval They charged my credit card for some reason for nothing...

I don't have any problem with the merchandise purchased but this company has a scam going. After my purchase I could no longer log into my account to cancel the membership. I sent an email over 2 weeks ago telling them I wanted to cancel and could not log into my account. I have not heard back from them yet but they did go ahead and charge my bank account for the membership that I want to cancel. If I try to log in from my Kindle tablet it will log into my account because I have the user name & password saved but when I log in there it says I have never made a purchase and they have no mailing address or bank information. They take all your information, charge your account and then lock you out of it so you can't cancel.
