I've been taking my vehicles here for the last 6-7 years with no problems. They're very honest, and highly skilled mechanics. They work on almost anything. And they keep in contact throughout the process. I get phone calls from them with every step of the process, and I always know when to expect my vehicle to be ready. Been working with the people for almost a year now. I have a very customized jeep, different engine and transmission and just about everything by the body is different. With that comes a lot of quirks. The guys, and girls, at fatboyz have helped me out with almost all of them. The alternator has had to be replaced 4 times (not due to their work) and they have completely covered the cost of labor and parts for the last three times. Josh is a great guy and I will continue working with him for as long as I am in the area. When there was a project that they felt could be a little more specialized they point me in the right direction but I have the utmost respect and faith in their capabilities for almost any work. They get it done quick when you need it too, I had an emergency issue a couple days before my Moab trip and they got it down in under 24 hours. I can't speak my highly enough of these great people.

very dishonest. They replace parts until the repair is done and you end up paying for their incompetence.

In 2015 I spent $913.01 on 3/25 invoice #4164, $1330.45 on 4/21 invoice # 4229 and 6/8 $844.04 invoice #4350 for a total of $3,087.50 to have my a/c repaired. The shop does "shot gunning" repair. Parts are continuously replaced until the service issue is repaired, but unfortunately for my bank account my a/c still did not work properly. I then spent $150.00 at Napa and after Napa's repair my a/c has never worked better. The owner's satisfaction is more important to fatboyz motorsports then the customers satisfaction.
