We hired First Light to help Mom with her medications, checking on her oxygen, assisting with showers, getting her to meals on time, and checking on her before retiring for the night.



The caregivers are great people and truly very helpful with Mom's needs. Charlene is very caring and knowledgeable. Some elderly folks can be somewhat contrary, intimidating, and don't want to cooperate with anyone.



Charlene does a great job when she slows herself down a bit. Shaylee is young, but with a bit more training, can be a great asset. Scheduling is great!! Kirsten is VERY accommodating and has been a pleasure to work with.
