I decided to rent a property managed by Galvan and Gardner while looking for a house. After 9 months of renting I found a house and I close on it next month. I informed Daniela Galvan via email that I wanted to break my lease and I’d be cooperative with showings so that it can be rented out faster to save the owner’s money and mine. I get an email back, not from Daniela but from her secretary joslyn letting me know OH the owner decided they’re going to sell the property and I’m responsible for rent and utilities until the house sells or until my lease is up at the end of January. ON TOP OF THAT, I’d have to also pay a cost for breaking the lease which equals a month’s worth of rent. These people never notified their tenants they were selling until we decided to break the lease. We all know how long the process is to sell a house. I think the worst part is in the 9 months I’ve been in the property, they’ve ignored my requests to fix a leaky fridge that causes excess puddles of water that my 4 year old actually tripped on and pieces of tile that have yet to be replaced and repaired. They’re sneaky here and people I NEVER want to do business with again. STAY AWAY!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Definitely, do not rent an apartment from them. I’m convinced that they did not even review the residence before it was leased. The keys from the door did not work, when asked to be compensated for my time with the rental truck, they generated several charges to cancel out the extra money that their mistake cost me. Apartment was not clean upon move in date. The residence has roaches. They presented false advertisement about the washer dryer capabilities. Oven/stove is inoperable. And the list goes on. This property management company definitely does not do there due diligence and are not on the side of the renter. Only making as much money as possible for themselves and the property owner. I would recommend not to do business with and I will never again for the future.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company was great when we first started working with them but in three years have gone down hill tremendously. They violate renter/tenants rights and getting anything repaired is a joke. Make sure you email them repairs requesting fixed or they will deduct off your deposits because there is no paper trail and they can. Pet clean ur was taken from our standard deposit and not from the $1000 non refundable pet deposits we paid. They will prorate your move in rent but not your move out rent staying they are charging you rent for the days the cleaners and carpet cleaning company are in the property. Never mind you relinquished the keys 5 days prior to end of the month and on the date promised in your 30 day notice to vacate. Renters beware!!

These guys are beyond phenomenal. Professionals, extremely helpful as well as conscious of my lack of knowledge of property management. They really do everything to go above and beyond to exceed expectations and timelines. Thank you Don, Daniela and the team! I am so thankful for our meeting.

Impossible to view homes completely unresponsive group of people.

Worst slumlords ever! Have friend renting chiricahua Lp.apt 5 yrs Galvin bought build 1 yr ago. Promised renovation up rent tho. 32 yr.old carpet getting bug bites from mites infested carpeting. Disgusting filthy empty apt below was a meth lab left empty since end of July no one attending to ot got bugs from the filthy lower apt. They hang up when u call with issues. And are very rude slumlords. They cater to rich folks and the poor folk renting from them are disrespected and insignificant with their rental concerns. 3 months leaking sink causing mold under sink. Not painted 5years carpet is shredded from age and this co. Is the worst I've encountered. Do not rent and give them 20 negative stars which look like swastikas! SLUMLORDS AND SHE HAS PIXS OF THIS DISGUSTING GROSS APT. DANNIELLA GARDNER SUCKS AS A PROPERTY MGR. RUDE, SNOTTY,MEAN UGLY WOMAN!no stars please
