Provided by YPmobileI have been going to Gunnin for several years for all my gun smith needs. He has always treated me with respect and does excellent work. I would not take my firearms anywhere else. In addition to the work he has done for me he has also educated me on my individual pieces and gives me advice and suggestions that fit my needs. He currently has 3 of my fire arms. An older handgun that needs maintenance and repair and 2 rifles for modifications and adjustments. He has always done my work in a timely manner, however, if he ever needed extra time I certainly would not complain or try rush the work, I know the end result will be worth it. I have also never had any problems with communication. I do not live in the Colorado Springs area. I make special trips to Springs because I trust his work and value his expertise.

Provided by YP.comWow! What a terrible experience. I took my rifle in to see about an automatic bolt release job. The job estimate was for $65 an hour for an estimated one hour of work to be completed within 10 days time (or less according to the estimate). A phone call if any issues came up or, if the estimate of one hour was to be exceeded. FIVE WEEKS LATER and fifty dollars of parts not authorized to purchase without calling first ( as an aside: no phone calls were ever answered or returned. If I wanted an update, I had to physically go to the store front and speak to him).
My rifle was returned to me in plastic bags of parts because I refused to be jerked around anymore. It should also be noted that, yes, the owner did lose money on this deal. As he did agree to settling on me paying $65 and him giving me back my parts and property. However, what was not agreed upon was him electing to follow me into the parking lot and scream obscenities at me - as apparently I was supposed to know what parts I needed, what was wrong with the rifle and how to fix it myself - ironically negating the need to bring it to a gunsmith altogether. All in all probably a good gunsmith, as my rifle is clean. However, I'll go on you tube for DIY before I ever gave this A$$hole one more penny.
