On 13 February 2010, I went in with my bag, ball, and shoes. I went straight to the counter and waited for service. There were two people on the other side of the counter. One was on the telephone and did not pay any attention to me. The other was not busy and also ignored me. Then after several minutes more people came to the counter from outside, and the second employee came to the counter and began to assign them a bowling lane. I did not know what was going on. I as the guy if he even sees me and why he is helping them before me. He responded by saying that I was walking away from the counter. His ignoring me is completely rude, and telling me that me walking up the the counter and standing there is "walking away" is insulting. So I left and went to The Brunswick Zone on Circle Drive. They were very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door.

I tried to call Harmony Bowl, but was unable to get through. I sent them a letter with my business card, and have not received any response from them.

I would not recommend going to Harmony Bowl. They have rude and insulting employees. Your time is better spent somewhere else.

i was on league there and i would agree over priced and service and lanes suck the seating is not good and they over pack the place brunswick is a much better place i have bowled at both and hands down brunswick is much better....
