Worst place ever.. Staff are soo rude.. Police banged on neighbors door for three hours started at 2am didnt stop till five.. K-9 dogs barking had me so scared.. Im a forgiving person decide to give another chance next day was five mins over check out asked can run to store to grab cash was told no.. I did anyway n they rufuse to take my money.. Word of advice stay away unless you want to be treated like crap

Great Hotel, Great Location!!



Very clean and comfortable, the bed was perfect! Fair rates compared to others in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a larger than average choice of food and everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel is located within easy access to many stores and attractions. The rooms were large and spacious. This hotel is near to Colorado Springs Convention Center. The location was great. I highly recommend Howard Johnson Express Inn - Colorado Springs.

what a lousy hotel

i have never been treated that badly at a hotel.The staff is crazy.The owner paul has a policy for the employees to do anything to a guest and he is not to be disturbed.Beware of this place
