Very difficult to deal with. Would frequently triple bill me, then after several phone calls would give me a credit but would not apply it to my bill, just kept debiting my account. One month they did not come at all, I called to request them to come, and was billed for an "extra visit." I finally cancelled our account, 1st time "Princess" assured me she would cancel and refund the credit. I called to double check the next week and there was no record of anything. Spoke with 2 more people who assured me it would be cancelled, even gave me a confirmation number, and the next month I was tripled billed again! Spent an hour on the phone today with them, apparently the cancellation number doesn't exist. Asked for a supervisor but was not allowed to speak with one. Definitely would not recommend!
