Old review must have been before they were BBB members. I've been a patient of Jade Dental for over 10 years and .have never considered leaving them even though I have moved further away. Their Dentists are excellent and their staff super-friendly. Even if you have to drive a ways to get here, do it!

I was in here yesterday for several(actually seven) fillings I needed done. I had asked them if it was okay to do them all in one day for work reasons and they said it was totally fine and not a big deal. Now I'm not the hugest dental knowledge buff so I didn't think much of it and I have a pretty high pain tolerance. After arriving, the reception lady was very rude and impolite when I arrived, and threw a fit because of my insurance. Once actually in the dental appointment I was numbed once both in both sides of my mouth, and felt okay since the dental assistant was pleasant(the only good people I've had here recently are the dental assistants) Unfortunately halfway through, my numbing wore off. Did they re-numb me like you would assume any other place would?Nope. They kept going and did the remaining three fillings while I could feel it pretty clearly. After finishing I was hassled more by the reception lady when I told her I couldn't pay for the whole procedure in one go, but they made me stay until I was able to get a hold of my mother so she could help me pay even though my husband had offered to pay the next day. My family has been coming here for years and it was a huge disappointment to see it go so downhill.

I had dentures made with this company. What a huge mistake. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Now I understand why. One of their technicians filed off the whole right side of the teeth on the denture. They did admit the error, and I asked for a new denture. What they made me was not even close to what I had originally, and the teeth were a drastic change from what I had in the first denture. While sitting in the chair, she told me to bite down hard on this new replacement set and when I did, ALL of the teeth came out and broke away. Dr. Jensen told me that she believed I would never be happy with any denture they made for me. I was so upset when this new replacement denture litterally fell apart and what she said to me shocked me. I walked out of that office with the original denture that had been filed to a V shaped point all along the one side, and never returned back there again. I would be very very cautious about letting these people do dentures. Stay clear!
