I just have to say Lexie is by far the best stylist I've ever been too! She is so sweet and always listens to what I want. If you are looking for an amazing colorist she is the one!! My kids go to her as well and they love her! If you are looking for a new stylist she's the girl!

Wow! Don't ever waste your time with Alisha Sears. I booked a Living Social deal with Alisha. The first time I called, she didn't realize she answered the call and I was listening to her talk about the Bass Pro shop. Then I called several times, on several occasions, over a week, and no answer or response after leaving voice messages. I called Living Social, they told me to try to book an appt online, and so I did. I went a few minutes early on the day of my appt. She was 15 minutes late, and didn't call me back for another 5 minutes. Then she said she only booked me for a haircut and didn't allow enough time for the full Living Social deal which was a cut and highlights, with deep conditioning. I expressed my dismay and she rudely told me to get out.

I am new to the area and Jeunesse Salon is close to my home. When I first walked in the receptionist greeted me and even asked if I would like something to drink. I seen a stylist there by the name of Paula and she was fantastic. She did beautiful highlights on me and even my husband complimented them. The salon had separate rooms which was cool and a lot more private than other salons I've been in. I absolutely would recommend this place

I wrote a review on the Jeunesse Salon website. If you look at their reviews, you will notice there are NO negative ones. I figured that out when my review was nowhere to be found! So, I will re-write my review here. I was disappointed with the way Inger Binns cut my hair. She did not listen to anything I said about how I wanted the cut to look. Now I will have to wait a couple of months for my hair to grow out again.

I will never ever go back. While I was sitting in the waiting room for 20 MINUTES because there was NO RECEPTIONIST, I overheard the ladies talking SH!T about me. Really?!! This place is run by nothing other then gossipy, 60-something, out-of-touch old ladies. Don't waste your money or your time; definitely the WORST experience I've ever had at a salon in Colorado Springs.

I have to give this business a bad review based on their massage person (she does not deserve the word 'therapist' after her title) Toni. She is rude and cancels on you allot. I wish I could have shared my experience with the owner of Jeunesse, but was told that she does not talk to clients, nor is she interested in customer feedback. I could however, make an appointment with her if I wanted Botox. Place is a joke by my standards.
