Multiple problems

Our family likes the food but the service in this restaurant sucks. The last straw was Monday evening when we ordered food to be delivered. We placed the order at 6:40 pm. The restaurant called to get directions 3 different times. They then called an hour later saying the driver couldn't find our address and the food was at the restaurant, what did we want to do. We had 4 children waiting to eat but no apology no sorry no nothing. Will never eat at this Jimmy Johns and will let everyone know about how they treat customers. We should have been contacted by the owner or corporate office as we were promised. But I guess they don't care either.
