Provided by YP.comJust went to Joseph's Fine Dining for a date night. All I can say is one thing. STAY AWAY!!! The service was mediocre for the five minutes that we were there. However, the reason we left was the owner. He doesn't honor his own advertised specials and obviously doesn't believe that the customer should be treated with dignity and respect; let alone that they're always right. He's so bad I'd nominate him for the show Kitchen Nightmares based on his attitude alone (since we didn't stay long enough to eat) but than this guy might succeed. He has no business owning a restaurant. The food might be good, I would have no idea, but this guy doesn't deserve anyone's business. If you want to try the food than I'd suggest you become friends with the chef and hopefully you can try it that way. Again, I cannot stress it enough; STAY AWAY FROM Joseph's Fine Dining!!!

This is definitely the best restaurant in Colorado Springs. It is Fine Dining, but not "stuffy fine dining", rather "fun fine dining". The food was excellent, the atmosphere casual and laid back, and the Service was top notch...the best in the Springs!I asked our server, Rick Velliquette, to write down his name for us because just half way though the meal we knew we needed to write a review on him & the food. Not only was he waiting on every table by himself, it was Wednesday and there were 7 tables, but we were amazed he did so quite efficiently, while entertaining & joking with everyone, AND he never wrote anything down...not once did he write anyone's drinks or food order down. Don't know how he did or does it, but Rick V. makes Joseph's Fine Dining more than Fine!!!!!

I spent 3 weeks this summer traveling through Colorado with family & friends taking in the sites, staying at the magnificent resorts/hotels, & dining at the best restaurants in Vail, Keystone, Denver, & Colorado Springs. We were most impressed in CO SPGS with the FOOD & SERVICE at JOSEPH'S FINE DINING. Recommended by the Broadmoor Hotel, we expected a 5-STAR dining experience but what we got at JOSEPH'S was a 9-STAR DINING EXPERIENCE!######The recommended Tableside "House Specialities" of Warm Spinach Salad, Pepper Steak, & Bananas Foster were some of the best looking & tasting food we've had in years, & coming from Dallas, that's quite the compliment.######The SERVICE we received from our waiter RICK VELLIQUETTE made our dinner the most memorable one in all of Colorado. He made it PERSONAL, MEMORABLE, & FUN by joking, chatting, & entertaining all of HIS guests as well as MEMORIZING everyones order; And not just our party of 10 but at the same time that of 3 other large tables.
