My husband purchased a groupon as a gift for me, for a massage. I was so excited. I don't normally indulge in massages. When I called to make an appointment, instead of returning my call, Karen Busch texted me. She started by saying she couldn't accept any new patients. When I told her about the groupon she refused to honor it. She blamed groupon for selling too many vouchers, and told me I was out of luck. I couldn't believe that someone who is starting a business would treat a customer this way. I was shocked by her rude behavior. I only hope that this review will serve as a warning to future customers. Karen Busch, masseuse, lacks customer service and integrity.
