I am a European motorcycle dealer and I have used Kisan products in the past without problems. The latest signal minders I purchased do not work as advertised. I have spent a week leaving vmails with tech support and sales at Kisan with no answers and no return calls. Now their vmail system is full so they are apparently no even picking up messages. I will no longer do business with Kisan. I will also have the credit card company reverse the charges for the signal minders.
