Private Therapeutic Breath/Coaching Sessions - Offering personal and focused breathwork facilitation and attention. 5 or 7 - Session Package breathwork/coaching/action plan setting combination as part of an overall process/journey toward where your deepest self wants to go Additional "Laser Coaching" Available at Al a Carte Price One-to-One Coaching - Offered to clients anywhere in the Continental US over the telephone or Skype, or locally as a Private Session. 3 or 6 Month Package Additional "Laser Coaching" "Personal Intensives’ - Ideal for the long distance traveler, but is available to anyone. Similar to a weekend Therapeutic Breathwork workshop, but you are the only participant. As the name states, is wonderful for a deeper, more intense and personal experience. 1, 2 and 3-Day Personal Intensives Two Breathwork/Coaching Sessions per day Additional "Laser Coaching" Available at A la Carte Price Group Session/Classes - Group Sessions and classes are scheduled depending on interest and involve light facilitation and a group process that some find helpful in group support.
