I had the privilege of going with my son to take a look at possible engagement rings. What I thought may be a simple overview and quick trip, turned into a special day where he found the ring for his finance.

My wife loves the style of her engagement ring purchased at Louisa Graff Jewelers! The sales staff were friendly, patient and did not pressure me. I am hopeful the ring will last her the rest of her life. We had only one issue after the sale that management was able to resolve to my satisfaction.

When trying to look for a set piece of jewelry, I was talking to a very knowegable gemologist. when a manager bumped the knlowlegable sales sraff out whom I was forming a repore with. When the sales person looked shocked in front of me the manager was extremely rude, it was startling. I found their prices to be far above other stores I looked at.
Be warned if you go, do not talk to a sales girl named Pam, she was very pompous. She also left jewelry out and with me and it made me feel really uncomfortable. After I left my jewelry to be repaired she left it unattended at the computers and walked away, this also made me scared. I will never shop or get repairs done at luisa graff ever again the service was horrible.

I recently went to Luisa Graff Jewelers looking for an engagement ring. As soon as I entered the door I was greeted, offered a drink and helped. I think i spent 4 hours there just looking at rings and diamonds. They had a huge selection of engagement rings and diamonds. I had never met a salesperson at a jewelry store who was so knowledgeable. I really felt comfortable with what I purchased, and they supplied me with a free appraisal with my purchase!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for great affordable jewelry with the best customer service.
