Went in to get a full powder. Black all over. My nail tech was extremely ruff. My nails looked awful! They were all different shapes and lengths. They were so extremely thin and flat one actually broke later that day, there were parts of my nails that didn't even have the acrylic powder on them and so thin you could see right through them. My friend who also had her nails done with me had the same problem. I asked to speak to the manage Ben and he told me that the policy is no refund and that he could fix them. This is the same guy who did my friends nails. I didn't want them redone there. I wanted my money back so I could go somewhere else to get them redone. I had told him early I worked for super cuts and he brought up that super cuts has a policy that if you give a bad haircut or service you fix it and not return the money which is completely untrue and had nothing to do with my complaint. He also blamed it on me by saying that I should have said something sooner if I didn't like them. How am I suppose to know what my nails look that when there not finished. Ben also never apologized once and just kept making excuses. They made me pay. I tried to get ahold of the owner Lynn who I was told "doesn't come in much more" I left my phone number and still have not heard from the owner.

No one speaks English and all they want to do is talk you into paying $35 for the higher pedi package. Spend $25 at any other nail salon and you'll be glad you did. I'll never go back here.
