Love shipping from the Mail Solutions Store. They are always friendly and at worst there is one person in front of you. While you wait they have a bunch of arts, crafts, trinkets etc. from local sellers to look at. They also have a military discount!

I love this place. Before I "discovered" it I used to go to the Post Office and I hated it. Long lines all the time and the staff was so rude there. After going to Mail Solutions the first time I never went back to a Post Office and don't plan on it either! Staff is friendly here and they store your address which makes it very convenient. They also have a military discount and I can order my Scentsy there as well! Very happy with it - especially with the holidays coming up.

We only go here when mailing our packages because you get to choose which carrier to mail your package with based on speed of delivery and price. The staff is very friendly and lines are never long. Addresses are stored so it doesn't take long to get your package on it's way. the 10% military discount is fantastic too. So convenient.

The customer service is great, it's so much more convienient than the post office! Yes they charge more but it's worth it! How else are they supposed to run their business and make money?!

I would rather go there than the post office! My time is worth a couple of dollars than standing in line at the post office with rude customers! I like the convenience and the people.

When I took a FLAT RATE BOX to this place, they charged me $2.00 MORE than the flat rate. They do this on stamps as well. DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR BAD BUSINESS. There are many other postal facilities. We will use them from now on!

Today is tax day, and I had the very pleasant experience of mailing 4 envelopes to various IRS locations. I was able to get my items postmarked and certified delivery without spending the day in line at the Post Office. Paula and Rachel were very pleasant to boot. I will find any excuse to avoid the local post office branch, and the small premium is well worth what I save in time and sanity.
