Dealing with John from Majesty Photo was the biggest regret of our wedding planning. He misrepresented himself, his work, and his ability to provide quality service. We hosted a destination wedding and our initial contact with John was via phone and FaceTime. When we later met with him in person, we noticed his photo prints did not match the quality of the pictures on his website, he obsessed about capturing clouds and nature instead of capturing our true moments, and boasted about how expensive his photo equipment was. He avoided explaining the discrepancies we noticed in his poor photo prints. Unfortunately we signed a contract (8 months prior to our wedding) and he refused to give us a refund of our deposit though he had 6 months notice of our desire to cancel. He disregarded any financial burden his refusal to refund us caused, though he assured he was in demand enough to book another "bigger paying" wedding. My advice: stay far FAR away from this deceitful business.

John at Majesty Photo did an amazing job for us on our engagement and wedding photos. We were married at Glen Eyrie, and John did an outstanding job of planning and coordinating photos to ensure we got everything we wanted. He is very professional, and what we got in terms of photos was something you think you would see in a magazine. It's a good thing to have too many good photos to choose from when deciding which photos are the best. I would recommend John to anyone, there is a reason he is on a preferred vendor list.
