Anyone wanting free information on how to file charges against a CFI, PRE, and or therapist please don't hesitate to contact me. M. Bizub lied in court to promote the highest bidder instead of the best interests of the child. Help me stop her.

Stunningly unprofessional
Billed for hours she spent with the family and didn't and for simple texts - asking for directions to my residence and text as to receiving my retainer. Interrogatories she requested from family, neighbors, friends, etc she ignored in her report and then said she never got some of them. I was shown email correspondence from those people they indeed sent them. She failed to even contact my kids counselor whom they had been seeing for 5 years. Repeatedly asked for more money. Ex was last to pay her.....and the report was slanted that way. Kids repeatedly attempted to contact her to have her correct inaccurate information and she ignored them. Court also asked...and she refused to come back and testify to clear it.
Absolutely shoddy work and more concerned about money than reporting all the facts to the court.
Stunning she is still doing this type of work.

Just an FYI ... Here's this woman's integrity...the week of June 2016 when "dr." Bizub gets these great reviews of her, is the same week this woman was taken off of the CFI list by the court system. Dr. Bizub is very fair and professional. I understand in the types of cases she works on there will always be a party who feels wronged, and those people will generally blame anybody they feel took part in their wronging. Dr. Bizub does her job as a PRE with THE CHILDREN in mind. She works for them, and it shows! She's very passionate about what she does and it's obvious when her reports are submitted that she truly cares about the children and what's best for them. I highly recommend her for your case if you want what's truly best for your children!!

Marlene was an amazing asset to our case. She was warm, kind and caring, and she made us feel at ease. She was wonderful at what is a difficult job, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of her services

Dr. Bizub was thoroughly and professional during our court ordered parenting evaluation. She was consistent in caring for the children. She spent time getting to know us all both individually and together.

Dr. Bizub is the best! I can't believe just because people lost their cases because of poor parenting that they would try to diminish someone's reputation like this. Wow!!!

Marlene seemed like she was the only one who cared about my children during our court case. She was actually chosen by my ex husband & his lawyer, but I was pleased with the choice! She talked with each of them individually & together, with & without me, with & without my ex, and in the different environments. (her office, my house, his house) They loved her! She has a cute little dog that she sometimes brings to help the children loosen up during these tough moments, it works like a charm! I did win my case... It helped that the SWAT team was called on my ex while he had the children during the case! Even though he's not the smartest, I think he made a great choice in this case & I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Bizub any day of the week!

Update: the CFI that Marlene Bizub was just thrown out of my case because Dr. Bizub was found to not be a licensed mental health professional as she claims to be. If you had Dr. Bizub on your case this may be useful to you. Please feel free to contact me. Dr. Bizub's license was suspended to do CFI's in January of 2015 - June 2016 and now has been found to not be licensed to perform this type of work. This woman is a complete scam artist. She works directly for Greg Quimby and his team of bloodsuckers. She gave me less than a week to come up with a $3500 retainer fee then when I couldn't do that in 7 days she filed a contempt citation against me. Her report was so bad and full of so many lies that it has upset my daughter to no end. Then after the fact she handed me another bill for $1800 then in less than two weeks later demanded another $700. These are true examples of a woman who uses the courts to extort good people of their children and their money.

I was ordered to hire a CFI and then a PR. Marlene Bizub was the person I hired. I couldnt give her a worse report. She is a monster. My ex was relocating to ABQ New Mexico. I was to remain in Colorado My kids were born here in Colorado and that's where I wanted them to stay We had 50\50 custody prior to my ex wife's petition to relocate. Bizub after a 10 min interview with my children recommended that my children be relocated to ABQ. My oldest daughter who is 12 has had poor grades in her new school since the move she was on the principals honor roll prior to her move. Her step dad is only home 2 days a week. She has sent me a postcard expressing her sadness and regrets about moving. Bizub said she would travel to ABQ to evaluate the home and surroundings there, she did not, she lied. My ex's new husband has been arrested for DV.....twice Dr. Bizub wasn't concerned about this at all. She fail to report my concerns about my ex wife's loose behavior and introducing strange men into my children's lives. She was late to EVERY appt. She brought her dog to an appt. on one occasion. She failed to do more than half of the things I hired her to do. She's a liar and a fraud. I have nothing good to say about that woman.
