My wife Katie and I spent about a week at the Mccandless Truck Center in Colorado Springs last month.



I just wanted to say thank you. The service we received from (not only) Jeff and Paul, but the entire staff was over and beyond anything we have ever experienced with a shop.



Jeff and Paul took our unfortunate circumstance (blown head gasket) personally. They treated us like people, not just a number, or a job that needed to get in and get out.



We had the unfortunate experience of being in a different shop 5 times in an 8 week time frame. We dealt with all kinds of shops. But the guys at the Colorado Springs shop treated us like we've never been treated before. They worked with us. They explained the issues we were having with the bus in a way that we could understand. I really don't know what else to say except thank you. These guys really saved us a lot of time and money and, although we had to part ways with our bus/home we felt at peace knowing that it was the right thing to do. Had it been any other shop we would have simply paid a bunch of money for something we didn't really need, and continue the cycle of (practically) living in truck shops the rest of the summer.



Those guys are great. If you talk to them, tell them that the couple in the big black bus said 'thank you again' for everything they did for us and helped us.

Took our new Van in for warranty work. Work was done quickly, but they would not release the van to us until they varified warranty. This took 6 days before they gave us our van back. I was told don't bother to bring it back to us in the fiture for warranty service, because we don't get paid enough to do the warranty work.
