Terry at meineke sincerely took care of me and my car. He offered a "loaner car" and also a major discount on a rental while my car was in the shop. He was also able to get me a taxi ride and offered a shuttle. He went even further and worked with my warrenty company to get most of my $3,000 repair covered. I appreciate all his hard work and efficiency.

After fixing my brakes, they pulled a plug-wire out of the distributor and told me I needed a tune-up. Which it

didn't need as I had it tuned up before I left home.

This is not true. The spark plug wire was broken and we pointed it out to you. Your automible was running bad before it even entered my shop. You asked us to look at your brakes and see why it was idling rough. Maybe you should have taken it to a certified mechanic to do the tune-up. We did not cause this problem.

Great service

We are from Ohio and needed new brakes/rotors on our car. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone - even offered to come out to us to follow them to the shop! They took us right away, gave us a great price (I've done alot of brakes before) They never tried to upsell or nickle-dime us. The price quoted was what we paid. I highly recommend this friendlyy business!!
