Took car in for muffler replacement estimate. Price seems very high. Almost $800. I am going to look around for a better price. Everyone working there seems really nice, and nice store, but just a lot higher price than I am comfortable with. If I cant get a better price somewhere else, then I will go there because they were very nice to me. Thank you.

I took my car to Midas for an oil change and ask them to use synthetic oil and they dint and them they said my radiator need it to be flush and other repairs that the total came up to almost $900.00.So I told him I would let my husband know.Took my car some where else and they did a diagnostics and my car did not need all the repairs that Midas said I need it.I think they are a rip off they did this also to another lady and she was elderly she was smart enough to take her car somewhere else also and they told her that her car did not need all the repairs as well.So if you want to take your car to this Midas just be careful get a second opinion.

funny how that post by mike was done 8.18.09 and the business reply was on 1.14.10 --- this obviously means mike got his estimate on or prior to that date yet the business reply says they did a 3 week preceding search for a customer named mike. I think they meant to THAT date they posted---so how the hell is that supposed to help?

I took my car there to have the brakes done. Jim Zoober the manager insisted I have a brake inspection done. After the inspection the estimate came to over $1000 for a simple brake job. I asked if there was any leaks or major problems and Jim said no. Jim explained that brakes just cost more now adays. I got my brakes done across the street for 356.82 with all the same parts that were recomended at Midas. So be careful when doing business with Midas or this Jim fellow.
