I love coming to Middleton! Ashli has highlighted my hair twice now and I am so happy with it. While getting my hair done I always feel relaxed and comfortable. As soon as I walk in I am offered coffee, water or tea. It really makes me feel pampered.

Had a 9am appointment with Michael. I like to be early so was there at 8.55am. (I am a senior citizen)

He eventually arrived @ 9.10am...no apology...breezed into the salon. Few minutes later he came back out and greeted me. He did an amazing job of my haircut.

2nd appointment with Michael....again I am early for an 9am appointment. This time he breezes in at 9.15am and did one of the worst haircuts I have ever had.

Then I had Kristen.......asks so many questions it became unbearable. I left feeling like Methuselah....the hairstyle was so antiquated for such a young girl to create, let alone me feeling so much older than when I walked into the salon. Unfortunately, when I booked again I thought they said Krista (definitely did NOT want Kristen again but unfortunately got Kristen. AGAIN! and AGAIN......I left with a hairstyle suited to someone 100+ years old.

Got my hair and makeup done for Rind Dance and loved it. Great experience and really enjoyed the gals who I was with. Thanks!

I arrived 15 min. early and listened to the girls at the front desk gossip about the lady who was to do my hair. The only reason I went here was a coupon. This hairdresser never showed up, Other people were walk in appts. getting right in. No one els would help me and I left. They are very unprofessional and rude!
