Learn classical violin, piano, fiddling, or jazz violin from a professional! I teach beginning, intermediate, and college-prep violin and basic piano. These private lessons are one 1/2 hour sessions once a week. Payments is $50 for 4 lessons ($12.50 each). All ages over 4 are welcome! It?s never too late to try something new. Quite a few of my current students are adults. I can also give theory-only lessons for those of you who just want to learn how to read sheet music. Coaching for youth chamber groups is also available on request. My downtown location is just off the Bijou exit and my Briargate location is near Lexington and Research. Sorry, I don?t do ?travel-teaching?: I can?t come to you. The Mock-Up Studios String Quartet (MUSSQ) are a group of string players living and working in Colorado Springs. We are skilled, reliable, experienced, flexible, easy to work with, professional, and classy. Our repertoire is heavy on the classical, with a little added pop and jazz. If you are looking for a special song or two, we should be able to write an arrangement just for you, at no additional cost. Our specialties are wedding ceremonies, banquets, and cocktail hours. Pricing starts at $150 per event.
