I lost my home to foreclosure after both my husband and I lost our jobs. Then my husband left me, so I had to handle the move on my own. Muldoon Associates was hired to sell the property. I was frantically moving my home into storage, as I was going to live with a relative until I could get back on my feet. While I was moving a load, Muldoon Associates came with the sherrif to evict me. They were told by the sherrif to move what was left onto the driveway, then leave it for 24 hours so that I had time to pick it up. This is Colorado law. Several of my neighbors were standing in my driveway, trying to safeguard my belongings. When the sherrif left, Muldoons began taking my things. My neighbors tried to stop them, but the Mulddon son took my antique family photos, which were beautifully framed, and irrepalceable, and refused to return them. They also took my computer. I called Susan Muldoon, and her response was that it was my fault for not having everything moved out sooner!
